1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of IEZ Logistics LLC’s website, quote forms, booking process, communications, and vehicle transportation brokerage services. By requesting a quote, submitting information, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Company Role and Service Description
IEZ Logistics LLC is an auto transport broker. We arrange transportation services by connecting customers with independent, licensed, and insured motor carriers. IEZ Logistics LLC does not physically transport vehicles, does not operate as the motor carrier, and does not take possession, custody, or control of the vehicle except as expressly required by applicable law.
3. Quotes, Pricing, and Availability
All quotes are estimates based on market conditions, route, vehicle type, operability, pickup and delivery locations, carrier availability, fuel costs, and timing. Final pricing may change if information provided by the customer is inaccurate, if pickup or delivery requirements change, if the vehicle condition differs from what was disclosed, or if market conditions require a revised carrier offer.
4. Booking, Dispatch, and Carrier Assignment
After a customer accepts a quote and provides required booking information, IEZ Logistics LLC may seek and assign an independent motor carrier. Once a carrier is dispatched, we will provide available carrier and driver contact information. Pickup and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing by the assigned carrier. Weather, traffic, mechanical issues, route restrictions, customer availability, and other events may affect scheduling.
5. Customer Responsibilities
· Provide complete and accurate pickup, delivery, contact, vehicle, and payment information.
· Ensure the vehicle is available, accessible, and ready for transport at the agreed pickup location.
· Remove personal items, valuables, toll tags, loose accessories, and prohibited materials before pickup.
· Disclose whether the vehicle is inoperable, modified, oversized, low-clearance, non-running, or otherwise requires special handling.
· Make a responsible adult available at pickup and delivery to inspect the vehicle and sign the bill of lading or inspection report.
· Review the vehicle condition report at pickup and delivery and note any claimed damage before signing.
6. Payments, Deposits, and Fees
Payment terms will be provided during booking. A broker fee or deposit may be charged by IEZ Logistics LLC for arranging transport. Any remaining balance may be payable to the assigned carrier according to the dispatch terms. Customer authorizes IEZ Logistics LLC to process agreed fees using the payment method provided. Chargebacks, returned payments, failed payments, or unpaid balances may result in collection activity, additional fees, or service delay where permitted by law.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
A customer may cancel an order before a carrier is reserved or dispatched. If cancellation occurs after a carrier has been reserved, assigned, or dispatched, a cancellation fee will apply because brokerage services have been performed and the carrier’s capacity has been reserved for the customer’s shipment. Refund eligibility, if any, depends on the timing of cancellation, services already performed, carrier reservation status, and written booking terms provided to the customer.
8. Vehicle Condition, Personal Property, and Damage Claims
The assigned motor carrier is responsible for vehicle transportation and cargo insurance as required by applicable law and carrier policy. Customers should inspect the vehicle at pickup and delivery and ensure all visible condition issues are recorded on the bill of lading or inspection report. IEZ Logistics LLC may assist with communication between the customer and carrier, but damage claims must be directed to the carrier and its insurer. IEZ Logistics LLC is not responsible for personal property left inside the vehicle, normal road wear, pre-existing damage, mechanical failure, acts of God, or delays outside our reasonable control.
9. SMS, Phone, and Email Communications Compliance
By submitting your phone number to IEZ Logistics LLC through our website, quote form, booking process, phone call, email, or other communication channel, you consent to receive calls, emails, and SMS/text messages from IEZ Logistics LLC and its service providers regarding quotes, booking confirmations, dispatch updates, pickup and delivery coordination, customer support, account notices, and related service communications.
SMS messages may be sent using a registered U.S. 10-digit long code (10DLC) or other approved messaging channel. Message frequency may vary based on your request, shipment status, and support needs. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing or promotional SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation message and then no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again. IEZ Logistics LLC will not sell or share mobile opt-in data or SMS consent information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
10. Website Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse our website, submit false or misleading information, interfere with website security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content without permission, transmit malware, or use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IEZ Logistics LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, loss of use, delay damages, or business interruption. IEZ Logistics LLC’s role is limited to brokerage services, and our liability, if any, is limited to the broker fee actually paid to IEZ Logistics LLC for the specific order giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IEZ Logistics LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions, inaccurate information provided by you, unlawful use of our services, or disputes relating to the assigned carrier’s transportation services except to the extent caused by IEZ Logistics LLC’s own unlawful conduct.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the laws of the state in which IEZ Logistics LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute should first be addressed by contacting IEZ Logistics LLC in writing so the parties may attempt to resolve the matter informally. Any unresolved dispute will be handled in the appropriate court or forum with jurisdiction, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
14. Changes to These Terms
IEZ Logistics LLC may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be identified by the effective date shown above. Continued use of our website or services after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms & Conditions.
